Online Submissions

A clear submission pathway for authors sending manuscripts to the GJMMS editorial office for initial screening and peer review.

Submission Checklist

Complete submissions help the editorial team screen manuscripts efficiently and reduce avoidable delays before peer review.

Submitting a Manuscript to GJMMS

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically with the journal name, article type, and broad subject area clearly indicated in the subject line or submission form. The corresponding author is responsible for all communication with the editorial office and for confirming that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final file.

Each submission should include the manuscript file, a short cover letter, author details, declarations, and any supplementary files needed to evaluate the work. Where applicable, authors should identify datasets, instruments, permissions, appendices, software, field material, or other supporting evidence relevant to the discipline.

  • Use a descriptive manuscript title and include complete contact details for the corresponding author.
  • Attach figures, tables, appendices, and supplementary material in readable formats.
  • Confirm that the work is not published or under review by another journal.

After submission, the editorial office conducts an initial suitability check. Manuscripts that meet the journal requirements are assigned for peer review; manuscripts outside scope may be returned without external review.
